We keep an eye out for articles about antioxidants, the acai berry and other things that may be of interest. Well this article claims that taking higher than average levels of antioxidants may help prevent cataracts. Both my grandmother and mother have suffered from this affliction which is like a milky layer appearing in the cornea of the eye.

Whilst this treatable, what is interesting is that this article suggests that this condition (which left untreated can lead to blindness) is avoidable by taking a diet supplemented by antioxidants. All the more reason to take MonaVie as part of your every day routine.
